Initially, we will meet with you on the site of your project to determine the scope of work, discuss some ideas and show you our portfolio. Upon commitment to our company, our landscape designers will return with an initial plan and provide you with a complete site analysis; locate all important items, take spot elevations and assess soils and grading.

Next we will present you with a conceptual plan. We will refine these drawings in accordance with your input, carefully choose plantings and materials, and provide an overall cost estimate.

A landscape that is executed piecemeal, without a master plan to guide it, can turn into acres of disappointment. Yet many homeowners entrust their pools and landscapes to a band of unrelated "specialists", each of whom has no greater interest than the swift completion of the job at hand. This poorly planned scenario can ultimately be very costly to you. The land must be expertly reworked; plants and shrubs may need to be uprooted, replanted or replaced. Walls or patios may require re-building or moving etc.
